A lot of people want to start working out but are intimidated by the mere thought of entering a gym. Barbells

A barbell is one of the most essential pieces of workout equipment alongside the dumbbell. A barbell enables the most important exercises for strength and muscle building – the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift. And even though you can perform them with dumbbells, a barbell enables you to add more weight through weight plates as you become stronger.

Although it is a very basic piece of equipment, the weight bench is extremely useful, as it allows you to perform a lot of core exercises, such as bench and shoulder presses, as well as leg extensions, among others.
